First of hopefully many spec entries for :iconmissdarkshiva:'s OCT Zenshi Devastation. Originally I was gonna wait to see if i even got in before i started submitting these things. But regrettably a bitch of a head cold prevents me from doing anything else productive haha (btw, don't color with a runny nose. unless you WANT it to look like horrible watercolor.)

Yes, this takes place BEFORE Red leaves with Inuzuma for Zenshi [link]

Aaand the chain smoker would be Lauretta De Luca. (more info on her here: [link] ). You may have pieced together that she and Red go back quite aways. And those are robotic arms that she grafted into herself for ease of multitasking.

(which she does quite well)

yes they do. In my opinion they work alot more along the lines of paint brushes than markers, so blending with them is really easy.
